Nodloom reports what AI assistants say about your market. It doesn't guarantee any recommendation or outcome, and it treats diagnoses as hypotheses, not proof.
Agreement and who can use Nodloom
These Terms are an agreement between you and Laveli LLC, doing business as Nodloom ("Nodloom"). By using nodloom.com, requesting a scan, or using the Nodloom service, you agree to them. If you use Nodloom for a business, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that business.
Nodloom is for business use. You must be at least 18. If you have a signed order form or pilot agreement with us, it controls where it differs from these Terms.
The service
Nodloom shows how AI assistants answer customer questions about your market: which businesses they recommend, mention or warn against, the sources they cite, and what the evidence suggests you investigate or change.
Status labels. Parts of the site are labelled Demonstration (fictional businesses and sample data), Pilot (offered by application to accepted businesses and delivered by our team) or Planned (not available, with no promised date). Only Pilot features are offered to customers today.
Free scan. The free AI Dealer Scan is offered at our discretion, by request. We may decline a request, and we confirm timing when we accept one. It carries no obligation to buy.
Paid plans. Plans, prices and limits are listed at nodloom.com/pricing, per rooftop per month, in US dollars. Paid plans start with a signed order form, which sets billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Give accurate business and contact details, and request scans only for businesses you represent
- Keep your sign-in links and account to yourself
- Not send us customer records, payment, financing or credit information, or system logins
- Not misuse the service: no scraping or reselling it, reverse engineering, overloading it, getting around its limits, or using it to break the law or others' rights
- Make your own decisions about changes to your website, listings and business, which remain your responsibility
AI answers and what we don't promise
AI assistants are run by other companies, and their answers vary from one ask to the next and change over time. Nodloom reports what was observed, labelled with where it came from.
- No guaranteed outcome. We don't guarantee that any AI assistant will recommend your business, or any ranking, traffic, leads or sales.
- Hypotheses, not proof. Diagnoses and recommended actions are hypotheses with a stated basis and confidence. Citations show what an answer drew on, not why it chose a business.
- Changes aren't attribution. When answers change after you act, we report the change. We don't claim your action caused it.
- Coverage is stated. The pilot measures OpenAI models through their API. API answers can differ from what people see in consumer apps.
- Not affiliated. Nodloom is independent and not endorsed by any AI provider, automaker or distributor.
Ownership, your content and confidentiality
Ours. Nodloom, its software, methods, question sets and report formats belong to Laveli LLC. We give you a limited right to use the service and your reports for your own business while you're a customer.
Yours. You own the information you give us and the reports we prepare for you. You let us use your information to provide the service. We may use what we learn, combined and with your business unidentifiable, to improve Nodloom.
Feedback. If you send suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
Confidentiality. We keep your reports and non-public business information confidential and use them only to serve you. This doesn't cover information that is public or that we already had.
Legal terms
Disclaimer. The service and reports are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Ending the agreement. You can stop using Nodloom at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Sections on ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers and liability survive.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and disputes go to the state or federal courts serving Harris County, Texas.
Changes. We may update these Terms. We'll change the effective date and, for material changes, tell customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Nodloom after that means you accept them.
