We collect what we need to prepare your scan and reports, and nothing about your customers. We don't sell personal information, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Who we are and what this covers
Laveli LLC, doing business as Nodloom ("Nodloom", "we", "us") runs nodloom.com and the Nodloom service. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, request a free AI Dealer Scan, sign in, or take part in a pilot, and what we do with it.
Nodloom is built for businesses. It studies how AI assistants describe and recommend local businesses, using public information. It is not designed to process information about your customers.
Information we collect
We collect four kinds of information, and only these.

We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on nodloom.com.
What we never ask for
Nodloom does not need, and asks you not to send:
- Customer records or contact lists
- Payment, financing or credit information about you or your customers
- Logins to your DMS, CRM, dispatch, billing or other business systems
- Access to change your website
If you send any of this to us by mistake, tell us at support@nodloom.com and we will delete it.
How we use information
- To prepare and deliver your scan or pilot report. We use your business details to write customer questions, ask AI assistants, and compare you with the competitors you name.
- To contact you about your request. Confirming timing, sending results, and following up about the scan or a plan you asked about.
- To run and protect the site. Keeping you signed in, blocking spam and abuse, and fixing problems.
- To improve Nodloom. Understanding which questions and reports are useful. We do this with business information, not personal profiles.
We don't sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that run Nodloom for us, under their business terms.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, under this policy's protections.
Cookies and browser storage
We use only what the site needs to work.

There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Clearing your browser data removes all of them.
How long we keep it
We keep scan and report data while your account is active, plus 12 months. If you request a scan and never open an account, we keep the request for 12 months after your last contact with us. Hosting logs are kept for our hosting provider's standard period.
When you ask us to delete your information, we delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email support@nodloom.com from the address you used, and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under state law; we will honor them as required.
Security. Sign-in uses one-time links sent to your email, so we never hold a password for you. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure.
Children. Nodloom is for businesses and isn't directed to anyone under 18.
Changes. If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date and, for material changes, tell people with an account by email before the change takes effect.
